Social Compliance Participation
We host the third-party social and workplace audits our customers and their retail partners require, and we maintain the records those programs ask for on an ongoing basis.

To manufacture garments that match the approved sample in fit, construction and finish, with measurement data at every stage so our customers can trust what is in the carton.
Who We Are
Lijnco is a cut-and-sew apparel manufacturer producing woven and knit garments for brands, workwear companies and private label programs. Our capabilities cover pattern making and digital grading, marker making and automated spreading and cutting, single-needle and multi-needle sewing, flatlock and overlock operations, bartacking, buttonholing, embroidery and heat transfer application, pressing and finishing, and folded or hanging pack-out. Development works from tech packs, physical samples or sketches, producing proto, fit, pre-production and shipment samples with measurement reports at each stage. We cut bulk only after the pre-production sample is approved and fabric test results are in hand.
Lijnco operates near and builds long relationships with brands that need responsive development and dependable quality rather than the lowest unit price. Our quality system covers incoming fabric inspection with shade and defect assessment, cutting audits, in-line checks at critical operations and a final audit against a written acceptable quality level. We maintain supplier documentation for fabric content and testing, support brands with care labeling and country of origin requirements, and participate in the social compliance audits our customers and their retail partners require. For repeat programs we hold approved patterns, markers, measurement specifications and trim cards so each season starts from a known standard.

Our Mission
To manufacture garments that match the approved sample in fit, construction and finish, with measurement data at every stage so our customers can trust what is in the carton.

Our Advantages
We host the third-party social and workplace audits our customers and their retail partners require, and we maintain the records those programs ask for on an ongoing basis.
Garments are measured against your specification and tolerance table at defined stages, with data recorded, which is the only reliable way to keep fit consistent across sizes and seasons.
Small first runs and seasonal capsules are welcome. We would rather help a brand get the first program right than require a volume commitment before the fit is proven.
Patterns, samples and bulk run in the same facility, so an approved sample is genuinely achievable in production instead of being a prototype a different factory must interpret.
We explain what each construction and trim choice adds, and suggest alternatives that preserve the design intent at lower cost rather than silently substituting materials.
Shrinkage, colorfastness and strength results are reviewed before bulk cutting. Finding a fabric problem after cutting a thousand garments is the most expensive mistake in apparel.
The patternmaker who develops your sample also supports the bulk run, so the fit you approved is the fit that reaches the cartons.
We take part in social compliance audits and share the findings, so your own customers can place the programme without a blind spot.
Shrinkage, colourfastness and width are tested before the spreader runs, because a bad lot discovered after cutting is a bad lot you own.
Compliance
Decoration happens in the right sequence, not wherever it fits.
Sectors
Workwear and uniform companies get constructions proven for industrial laundering.
Client Feedback
They told us a pocket construction in our tech pack would add real cost for no visible benefit and offered an alternative. That kind of straight answer is why we moved our whole line to them.
The measurement reports with each sample round changed how we give feedback. We stopped arguing about fit in vague terms and started correcting specific points on the spec.
Our first order was small and they treated it seriously. Three seasons later we are a significant program for them and the fit has never drifted.
Send Lijnco your tech pack or sketches with target quantities. We will review manufacturability and quote development and production with timelines.

Measurement specifications are checked at cut, in-line and at final audit against your tolerance table, so fit consistency is verified rather than hoped for across a size run.
Our Services

Sourcing of woven, knit and technical fabrics, linings, interlinings, zippers, snaps, elastic, drawcords, labels and threads against written specifications, with lab dips and strike-offs approved before bulk. Test reports on shrinkage, colorfastness, pilling and strength are obtained before cutting is released.
Request a Quote
Proto, fit, salesman, pre-production and shipment samples produced with measurement reports and construction notes at each stage. Samples are made on production equipment by production operators, which means the approved sample reflects what the line can actually repeat in volume.
Request a Quote
In-house and partnered embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, sublimation, applique and reflective tape application, applied in the correct sequence relative to assembly. Placement is confirmed on an approved sample and checked against a placement diagram during production.
Request a Quote
Woven and knit garment assembly on single-needle, overlock, coverstitch, flatlock, bartack and buttonhole equipment, organized in modules or lines depending on volume. Operators work to written operation breakdowns with critical seams identified for in-line inspection rather than final discovery.
Request a Quote
First patterns developed from tech packs, sketches or reference garments, then graded across your size range in digital pattern software. Fit is refined through fit sessions on a form or live model, with pattern revisions tracked by version so the approved pattern is unambiguous when bulk production begins.

Incoming fabric inspection, cutting audits, in-line checks and a final audit against a written acceptable quality level, with measurements taken against your specification and tolerance table. Audit reports accompany each shipment so defects are quantified rather than described.

Marker making for material efficiency, automated spreading with tension and shade control, and automated or manual cutting with bundle ticketing. Shrinkage is tested and allowances built into markers, and cut parts are audited against pattern pieces before they move to sewing.
Request a Quote
Pressing, thread trimming, labeling with care and content information, hangtags, poly bagging, folded or hanging presentation, barcode and carton labeling, and pack-out to retailer routing requirements including carton markings and packing lists prepared for distribution center receiving.
Request a QuoteOur Process
We review your tech pack, sketches or reference garment, confirm construction, fabric and trim, raise questions, and quote development and production with realistic timelines.
Patterns are made and samples produced through fit rounds with measurement reports, until fit, construction and appearance are approved and the pattern is locked by version.
Fabric arrives and is tested and inspected. A pre-production sample in bulk fabric and trim is approved, and the marker and cutting plan are finalized.
Cutting, sewing, decoration and finishing run with in-line checks. A final audit against the agreed acceptable quality level is completed before pack-out and shipment.

Yes, through in-house and vetted partner operations, with placement confirmed on an approved sample and checked against a placement diagram during production. Sequencing matters, since some decoration must happen on cut panels before assembly rather than on finished garments.
Minimums depend on fabric availability and style complexity, since fabric mills often set the real floor. We regularly run modest quantities per style and color and welcome development programs that start small, because programs that grow are better business than one large order.
Yes, and we treat it as non-negotiable for new fabrics. Shrinkage, colorfastness, pilling and strength testing happens before bulk cutting. Fabric problems discovered after cutting cannot be fixed, only absorbed, and we would rather delay a cut than ship a garment that changes shape after one wash.

Projects & Case Studies

A small-batch knit capsule produced across three styles, with low minimums and in-house grading, followed by a repeat order at higher volume using the locked patterns and approved trim card.

An ongoing woven shirt program with retailer pack-out requirements, carton marking, barcode labeling and audit reports supplied against each shipment to the distribution center.

A seam-sealed shell developed from a brand tech pack, with fabric and tape testing, seam sealing trials and a graded size run validated on fit models before bulk. Water resistance was verified on production seams, not just on sample panels.

A scrub top and pant program in a poly-cotton blend, with shrinkage testing driving marker allowances and repeated industrial laundering trials to confirm dimensional stability and colorfastness over wash cycles.

A tech pack with sketches, construction details, measurement specification, fabric and trim information and target quantities is ideal. A reference garment helps enormously. If you only have sketches, we can develop the specification with you, and we will say what information is still needed to quote firmly.
Most styles settle in two to four rounds. A clear tech pack and decisive fit feedback shorten that considerably. We provide measurement reports and construction notes with each sample so the next round addresses specific issues rather than general impressions.

From Our Desk

Proportional scaling produces garments that fit nobody at the size extremes. How grade rules distribute changes where bodies actually differ across a size range.

Vague tech packs cost sample rounds and money. A checklist of the construction, measurement and trim information that lets a factory quote and sample accurately the first time.

Fabric that moves after washing changes finished measurements. How testing feeds into marker allowances and why the step cannot be skipped on new fabrics.

Acceptable quality levels, sample sizes and defect classification decide whether a shipment passes. What the numbers mean and how to set them for your product.
